Pellets are the most economical way to achieve portion control in your production. We can produce Pellets of virtually any size and weight that you want, circles and ellipses being the most popular shapes. Other specialties can include cartoon characters and 3D shapes. The limits are only your own imagination! Most recipes are butter or cheese based but sauces and pastes can also be formed. The pellets are formed using the latest PLC controlled forming machine to ensure high accuracy in the weight control of each pellet.
After forming, the pellets are cryogenically quick frozen and presented to you as an IQF product.
Another use for this product is as an IQF ingredient. Part sauces or ingredients to your own formulation can be produced. These can be added frozen directly to your own sauce mix without defrosting. This saves time having to thaw large block frozen ingredients, and cuts down wastage.
