Branding produces attractive barbecue style marks on the products.
Roasting imparts a unique flavour to the vegetables. Product blends are our speciality. We can incorporate oils or herbs during the roasting process. Please ask us if you have a favourite fruit or vegetable you would like to see roasted.
Roasted Vegetables can also be formed into pellets. This recent development
means that for the first time small to medium sized particles can be used in a semi IQF form.
Ideal for adding directly to you own mixes without defrosting.
